  • Unlimited x-rays (as needed)

  • One regular Cleaning or Periodontal Maintenance

  • Oral cancer screening

  • TMJ screening

  • 20% off all other dental procedures after new patient appointment

Coverage is in effect for 12-months and begins when membership has been paid in full
